Sour Cream Banana Pudding

Sour Cream Banana Pudding

Today I post a recipe that is probably nothing new to you but non the less delicious.  For those of you out there that want to make a quick desert that will serve 8 - 10 at one serving this is one favorite to make.

Printable Recipe

Ingredients

1 small box Vanilla Jello Instant Pudding
2 cups Whole Milk
1 box Nilla Vanilla Wafers
8 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz tub whipped topping
Bananas 5 or so

Tips:
Use bananas just when they are delicious to eat ~ not before ~ not after perfect timing makes for the best pudding.

Never and I mean Never use banana cream pudding!  Fake taste to be sure it distracts from any desert if you ask me.

Eat within 2 days for best taste.

Place pudding into a medium bowl, add milk.  Using a whisk beat for about 2 minutes.  Fold in sour cream and half of the whipped topping.
Layer your dessert compote, bowl whatever with a layer of nilla wafers, bananas and then cover with pudding mixture.  Continue layering until you run out of pudding. Top pudding with remaining whipped topping.  Decorate with wafers if you wish and chill.

Delicious, fluffy banana pudding that is easy to fix!

Enjoy!
