Sausage Egg Scramble




Have you ever made this before?  Probably but if not how easy and delicious it can be with a really good bulk sausage and farm fresh eggs.  You must use good ingredients in order to make any dish delicious!
Do you like breakfast at all times of the day?  We are known to have breakfast for supper as we call it here in the south what most call Dinner.  Of course this is very delicious for breakfast also.
Simple with few ingredients that is what I like and try to share on this site.  This recipe is one of the simplest in the Quick and Easy Section.


Ingredients
Eggs number you decide what you will need for you
Bulk Sausage amount you decide how much you will need.  I usually use the measurement that I would usually make patties out of for number of people.
Frying pan

Instructions





Measure out sausage in pan.  Using a spatula chop up into tiny pieces 



Brown Sausage do not overcook


Crack eggs into bowl and beat well adding a drop or two of water
salt and pepper



Pour eggs over browned sausage


Look at the dark yellow color of the farm fresh eggs.
There is nothing like the rich delicious taste of an egg gathered the day it is eaten.




Gently push egg sausage mixture allowing egg to run and cook
Do not overcook




Serve immediately
