Bake a Pie shell
cool completely
Room Temp Ingredients & Instructions
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix thoroughly until creamy
Add to baked pie shell
Make the Strawberry Pie Glaze
Cool completely and place in fridge to cool
While the glaze is cooling
Rinse and drain a few strawberries on paper towels
(I used 8 huge berries)
Put the cooled strawberry glaze on top of the Sour Cream Mixture
Slice strawberries in half, if desired use one whole to decorate center
Place on top of pie
Top with whipped cream
I don't promise it will be a pie that will stand up beautifully in shape
But I will eat it in a bowl with a spoon if I have too...

*My notes* The glaze layer is thick so if you wish you can use only half and use the leftover in shortcakes etc.** If cutting calories you can substitute low fat sour cream and cream cheese.*** Also you may be able to cut down on the powdered sugar. You be the judge of that one.
