Hamburger Vegetable One Pan Meal




Hamburger Bacon Layered Casserole

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2 lbs Good Quality Black Angus Ground Beef

6 to 8 pieces of Good Quality Bacon
3 Yellow, White or Sweet Onions
4-5 Large Carrots
4-5 Large Potatoes
3 Large Cloves of Garlic
Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, Paprika, Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Water
**Variation if you want a little gravy add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Just spoon it over the top of the hamburger patties.**



Instructions

Make hamburger into 7 large patties,
Peel vegetables and cut all into 1/4 inch thick slices.
Place 3 pieces of bacon in a large covered baking panPlace the potatoes evenly in the pan on top of bacon.  Salt & pepper potatoes lightly. Place half of the onion slices evenly over the potatoes. Place the carrots evenly on top of the onions. Place the hamburger patties evenly in the pan. Season the burger with a little salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and Worcestershire Sauce. Cut garlic into small pieces and drop evenly on top of burgers.Top this layer with the other half of sliced onions. Place the bacon Slices on top. Cover and place in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Check potatoes & carrots with a fork to see if almost tender. Turn oven to 425 degrees lift off lid bake an additional 15 minutes or so to
brown up bacon. 

**Note** During baking check and if you see lots of grease and water remove leaving just a small amount and continue cooking.**
