Strawberry Vinaigrette

1 & 2/3 Cups Large Fresh Strawberries Quartered

1 TBS. Fresh Lemon Juice

1 TBS. Red Wine Vinegar

1 TBS. White Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil`

1/2--1 tsp. Sugar

1/8 tsp. Salt

1/16 tsp. or pinch of Black Pepper

1/8 tsp. finely chopped Fresh Chives
1 tsp. finely chopped Sweet Vidalia Onion

1/8 tsp. Poppy Seeds

My mother-in-law Genolia used to make her salad dressings in a mason jar.  It was so convenient to chill, shake and serve from.  I liked that idea and have used it for years!

Mix in a Mason Quart Jar with a hand immersion blender.  You could of course use a regular blender to mix and chop all.  Place lid on jar and chill until serving.

Makes  approximately 1 cup
