This is an extremely quick casserole to make. I don't have much of a knack for making quick meals. For some strange reason my brain says," if you don't grow the grain take it to market and cook something with it you're not doing what you are supposed to do."

Orange Fluff Topping For Chiffon Cake
1. Mix together thoroughly in top of double boiler:
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
2. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat. Stir in:
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
3. Cool the mixture; then add, folding in:
1 cup heavy cream whipped
1/2 cup almonds chopped or
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Serve on wedges of cake.
