Today I share with you my results with this product pictured above....

 

 Pot holder

These pot holder/trivets have become a welcome part of my kitchen.  I do however forget that they can be used both ways.  It is finally dawning on me that they can.  That makes them doubly useful!

Trivet/Hot Mat

I keep them in a small drawer that is directly to the right of my stove.  It is full of helpful items that I use daily in my cooking.  You all know that I pretty much cook constantly.  That should give you an idea as to how very helpful these are.
