1 Tbs. Smoked Paprika
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1 Tbs. Oregano
1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
1 Tbs. Garlic Powder
1 Tbs. Chili Powder
1 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
Mix Together and coat the entire chicken getting into all underneath surfaces.
Tie and place on Rotisserie.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours
Let rest 10 minutes then cut and serve.
