Introducing 'Penelope Says'

Hello all!  I wanted to share with you that Dolly is Cooking has added a helper, Penelope.   She is a dear friend of mine who has agreed to help me.
Penelope is a great cook!  She really enjoys it!  

I was thrilled when she agreed to help me by reviewing recipes from all sorts of resources.
