I have for a long time purchased bake ware only to watch it rust with only a few uses.
I have done this for years. It finally dawned on me, "Dolly you buy quality pots and pans why are you skimping on your bakeware?"
This 1lb. non stick loaf pan already has my stamp of approval! I baked a banana cake in that loaf pan and another crock type pan just to see the difference. Well here I'll show you.
The cake on the left was baked in a Le Creuset Pan
The cake on the right was baked in the Williams-Sonoma 1 Lb. Loaf Pan
I baked both cakes at the same time because I needed two cake pans and these happen to be different so now I am comparing cakes too. I can tell you from taste tests done by family members, co-workers and myself that they both tasted equally as well.
The cakes were moist, melt in your mouth delicious. They were eaten quickly before the banana had time to do it's best and were so very good anyway.
I must confess that looking at these two cakes, I thought the Williams-Sonoma cake would not be as moist. Look at them in the above picture you can see the difference. I was wrong. The Le Creuset cake sprawled over the top of the pan which has ridges to catch but not as firm in shape as the Williams-Sonoma cake. Again I say both cakes were equally as delicious!
This pan as you can see bakes up perfectly and this cake anyway was so very delicious! The cake came out of the pan quickly and easily.

A great big thumbs up!
Am I glad I have it? Yes I am!
Would hesitate to purchase? No, I would not hesitate.
My opinions are always my own. I however did purchase this pan myself.
I leave you now with a very informative short 2:16 minute video about the makers of this pan made exclusively for Williams-Sonoma. Watch the film you'll find out something that you didn't know about this great company USA Pan the makers of these wonderful products!
