I've been adding lots of banana pudding recipes lately. Can you tell that I love it? We all do around here. It is rare to find anybody in these parts that don't like banana pudding. This recipe is extremely rich so be warned!
Ingredients
1 small package Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 cups whole milk
8oz. cream cheese softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. sour cream
One 8 oz. Cool Whip - Frozen and thawed
Nilla Vanilla Wafers
Bananas
Instructions
Mix the pudding with the milk whisk until thickened. Using mixer beat the softened cream cheese just until creamed. Stir in the pudding, sour cream, condensed milk and half of the Cool Whip.
Layer dish with vanilla wafers, sliced just ripe bananas, and pudding mixture. Depending on size of dish you will get two to three layers. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill
Extremely rich dessert. You can serve small portions.
